Social Justice

The ministry undertaken by religious over the past 50 years has had a profound impact on the fabric of society. It has been expressed in education, healthcare, the ministry of prayer, of pastoral work, of supporting parish communities. Their outreach includes Refugees, asylum seekers and minority groups, prisoners, victims of trafficking and the homeless.

There is a strong commitment to the justice and peace movement and to meeting the needs of multicultural, multi-faith communities as well as facing the growth of secularism. The aim of the Conference is to help religious face these challenges together providing strength and support through unity.

We would like to draw your attention to the new 'Justice Magazine - Social Issues: A Catholic Perspective'.
