Executive & Secretariat

The Executive is comprised of up to twelve elected members, within which a Leadership Team provides overall direction and coordination. The Executive holds overall responsibility for the governance, leadership, and strategic direction of the organisation.

The Secretariat is the administrative office of the Conference. It is made up of the General Secretary, Administrative and Governance Lead and Finance and Communications Lead.

Under the direction of the Executive, the Secretariat provides support and advisory services to members, which are relevant to their contemporary needs.
