Growing Old Gracefully, based in the Diocese of Leeds, offers resources and encouragement for those navigating the later stages of life. Their recent series of beautifully crafted online reflections, led by Paula Shanks and Fr Donal Lacey, explore themes such as hope and other aspects of living well in older age.
Each reflection weaves together psalms, poetry, music, and time for stillness, creating a gentle space for prayer and contemplation. While aimed at older Catholics, these resources are open to all and can be a valuable source of inspiration for individuals and communities alike.
